ESG in action
Since Cromwell’s inception, we have demonstrated our commitment to sustainability and we remain focused on adding value via management of environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities. At Cromwell, good performance also includes commitments that support a responsible and balanced pathway to sustained business success.
Our aim is to provide continued financial security for our investors, improve the communities in which we operate and be at the forefront of sustainable business practice globally.
The Group’s ESG vision and commitment aligns with our corporate values, defining our approach to ESG. Progress made against our commitments is detailed in the Group’s latest Annual Report.
Cromwell FY26 Annual Report
From FY26, Cromwell’s ESG reporting is integrated within this Annual Report and a standalone ESG Report is no longer published. This change reflects Cromwell’s approach to providing a more integrated view of financial and non-financial performance and aligns sustainability disclosures more closely with business strategy, governance, risk management and long-term value creation. ESG disclosures within this Report have been prepared with reference to the GRI Standards, with consideration of but not in compliance with relevant Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS), including AASB S2 Climate-related Disclosures, where appropriate. ESG disclosures are presented on pages 23-49.
ESG FY26 Reporting Suite

Cromwell's commitment to reconciliation
Cromwell Property Group’s first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) marks a key step in our reconciliation journey, reinforcing our commitment to building respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, enhancing cultural capabilitiy across our workforce, and embedding reconciliation into our operations.
