Project overview

Full lifecycle delivery including site procurement, design, construction and ongoing management of a private–public‑partnership national defence asset.

Purpose‑built 14,600 sqm facility comprising:

  • 7,900 sqm of A‑grade office accommodation, including specialised lab space and a Customer Engagement Centre; and
  • 6,700 sqm of warehouse accommodation including specialist workshop facilities.
