Ms. Tang is a committed executive with board and leadership experience across finance, real estate, design, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and technology. With a career spanning Australia, the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America, she brings a global perspective to business strategy and development.

She currently serves as Managing Director of Haiyi Holdings Pte Ltd and Director (Planning, Design, and Development) at Acrophyte, Inc. In these roles, she leads projects across a broad range of real estate asset classes, including REITs, hotels, office developments, integrated residential communities, and mixed-income housing. She is recognized for her ability to align strategic investment with innovative design and long-term value creation.

Beyond practice, Ms. Tang is deeply engaged in the intersection of sustainability, technology, and the built environment. Her research on data centres as multi-functional infrastructure has been published by Harvard University, Jovis, and Rice University, contributing to international dialogue on ESG responsibilities in urban development and new typologies of real estate.

Ms. Tang holds a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University and dual undergraduate degrees in Architectural Design and Liberal Arts from The New School. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
