The development included a purpose‑built office and warehouse complex for Raytheon Australia, featuring approximately 7,900 sqm of A‑grade office accommodation with specialised lab space and a Customer Engagement Centre, alongside 6,700 sqm of warehouse space incorporating advanced workshop facilities. Key design features include ASIO‑compliant security, high‑level IT infrastructure, specialised laboratory environments and temperature‑controlled workshops.
