Jonathan joined Cromwell as Chief Executive Officer in October 2021. Prior to his role with Cromwell, Jonathan worked at Investa Property Group, where he started as General Counsel and Company Secretary in 2006, before being appointed Joint Managing Director and Finance Director in 2013 and Chief Executive Officer in 2016.
His career at Investa included overseeing the management of the Investa Commercial Property Fund, which, at the time of his departure was, the top performing core office fund over a two, three, five and seven-year period. During his tenure, Investa was widely regarded as an industry leader and was recognised in the Australian Financial Review BOSS Best Places to Work list for 2021 in property. Earlier in his career, Jonathan spent time at legal firms Gilbert & Tobin and Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

Michelle Dance is Chief Financial Officer for Cromwell Property Group. Michelle has worked with some of Australia’s largest corporate institutions in senior executive and finance roles in the real estate and financial services sectors over the past three decades. Previously, she was Fund Manager for the Australian office portfolio managed by Cromwell Property Group.
Prior to joining Cromwell, Michelle was Fund Manager for the Dexus Office Partnership, a A$5.3billion joint venture between Dexus and the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board.
Michelle holds a Master of Commerce, majoring in Economics and Finance and has been a regular lecturer in Real Estate Finance at the University of Technology Sydney.

Chief Technology Officer
Skills and Experience
Daniel Dickens is responsible for designing and implementing Cromwell’s technology infrastructure, cyber-security capability, and IT roadmap. He currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer and has done so since 2016.
Prior to joining Cromwell, Daniel had a long history in technology deployment, management, and consulting, and has designed and implemented a number of award-winning CRM programmes. These include the Xpress CRM implementation methodology that received Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year in 2007, and SageCRM best new partner in 2014.
During his time as CTO, Daniel overseen Cromwell’s evolution to a cloud-first, ISO27001-certified technology service provider, supporting a diverse user-base across 14 countries. He has also led numerous business and industry initiatives, including ongoing participation in the Property Council of Australia’s Cyber-Security Roundtable, and the overseeing the ASX listing of an enterprise blockchain technology provider.

Chief Operations Officer

Roxanne has been Chief Operations Officer at Cromwell since 2024. Prior to that, she held multiple roles in our Corporate Operations team, including Head of Corporate Operations and Head of People & Culture, in which she led the her team to design and execute innovative, effective strategies that build capability and enable Cromwell to execute on its overall business strategy in Australia, Singapore, and across Europe. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Human Resources, from QUT – and is currently completing a Masters of Business Administration at UQ Business School.
In her current role, Roxanne is responsible for overseeing Cromwell’s People and Culture, IT, Office and Administration, and Marketing teams. As a highly experienced, dedicated leader in our business, Roxanne works with Cromwell’s Board, Nomination and People Committee, and Executive Team to ensure that the business’s objectives are met.

Head of Property Operations
Skills and Experience
Tessa joined Cromwell in April 2022, and is responsible for delivering high-quality, value-enhancing property services to Cromwell’s funds while maintaining the profitability of Cromwell Property Services. She coordinates a team of more than 40 property managers, asset managers, leasing and facility managers, sustainability and project managers.
Tessa has more than 15 years’ experience in the property sector, managing and enhancing performance across commercial, industrial, and retail assets in both Australia and New Zealand. Tessa is a strong people leader and has a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Tessa joined Cromwell from JLL, where she was General Manager of the Queensland ISPT Commercial Portfolio. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University in New Zealand, majoring in Valuation and Property Management, and is a certified Prosci Change Practitioner.

Chief Legal & Commercial Officer
Skills and Experience
Andrew Murray is responsible for the legal and company secretarial, risk and compliance, and capital transactions functions at Cromwell.
Andrew has extensive experience in the real estate sector, with particular capabilities in mergers and acquisitions, funds management, corporate governance, and property development. With more than 20 years’ experience, Andrew has held in-house and private practice roles with various organisations, including Investa Property Group, AVID Property Group and Allens.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics, and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.

Rob is responsible for Cromwell’s investment, transactions, and merger and acquisition activities. He plays a central role in the development and capital raising of new products for both Cromwell’s ASX listed business, as well as its Australian funds management operations. Rob is also integral in the operations of Cromwell’s associated entities, Phoenix Portfolios and Oyster Property Group; is a Director on both Boards; and Chairs the Oyster Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Cromwell in 2012, Rob worked for some of the world’s leading financial services firms, including NM Rothschild & Sons, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Investec Bank.

Deputy Chief Financial Officer
Skills and Experience
Andrew is a senior finance executive with more than 19 years’ experience in finance roles in the real estate and hospitality sectors, as well as nine years as a Chartered Accountant for Price Waterhouse Coopers. He has a strong understanding of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) real estate sector, given his previous commercial experience leading financial reporting for three real estate entities included in the ASX 200, as well as his Big 4 accounting firm experience – which included auditing and transaction advice for Real Estate entities listed on the ASX.
Andrew has significant change management experience, and has implemented significant improvements to finance systems, controls, and processes, including accounting system implementations and budgeting and forecasting system implementations.
