Cromwell hires Investment Manager and Transaction Manager in Stockholm as part of Nordics expansion

Real estate investor and manager, Cromwell Property Group (Cromwell), has boosted its Nordic team with the hire of Sofia Sandh as Investment Manager and Rickard Slagbrand as Transactions Manager.

With responsibility for investment and transaction management across the Nordic region, both Sofia and Rickard will support the team’s growth strategy as they respond to an uptick in interest from international investors in Nordic real estate.

Sofia has 12 years’ experience within the Nordics property industry, most recently with Savills IM as a Senior Investment Manager where she worked for eight years. Sofia also has experience with Catella Corporate Finance in property transactions and SBAB Bank as a real estate valuer.

She has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Royal College of Technology in Stockholm, where she specialised in Building and Real Estate Economics.

Rickard also joins from Savills IM in Stockholm, where he has been since 2015 working as an analyst and most recently as a manager within the transactions team. He has a BA degree in Business management and Finance from the University of Westminster, as well as an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School.

Cromwell currently manages 58 properties in the Nordics, comprising over 329,000 sqm.
